HACAPURI

                          HACAPURI
People in Batumi usually don’t eat vegetables, but they like kale, beans and corn. They  usually eat pastries dishes, Harço soup, Sulguni cheese, Hinkal and drink fruit fizzy, wine, lemonade. Haçapuri has a important role of Georgian cuisine. Haçapuri is different in each region. 
I want to give the recipe of Haçapuri.
Ingredients :
- a kilo flour                                                - two eggs
- a packet  fresh yeast                               - some butter           
- half spoon carbonate                              - some water
- some cheese                                            - some salt
How do prepare it :
Preparation of Haçapuri is troublesome. First of all, put the floor, butter, fresh yeast, eggs, carbonate, water, salt in a bowl and mix. This mixture should wait 30 minute. Next, roll the dough and put the cheese in the middle. Then, It’s baking in the oven. Finally, spread the butter on the corner.
Haçapuri’s appearance is similar to börek  so I can eat Haçapuri. Turkish people like Haçapuri, because Haçapuri is like Turkish dishes. All restaurants serve Haçapuri in Batumi. It generally costs 5 Lari. Haçapuri doesn’t expensive so everybody can eat Haçapuri. People who visited Batumi say “You must eat the Haçapuri”. I want to go to there in the future.
