Dishes Of Batumi

                                                                           HINKAL 
  People in Batumi usually eat haçaburi,hınkal and Salguni cheese and drink plum juice and apple juice.Wethink hınkal is their most beautiful food.
    
   We want to give the recipe of hinkal
   Ingrediens;
*4 cups of flour
*A cup of oil
*Some mince meat
*A bit black pepper
*A glass of water
*A bit salt
*2 glasses of milk

How to prepare it;

    First, put flour and water in a bowl and them mix with spoon.Then,add the salt.After that,pour oil and milk.Next,mix until it is througly combired the mixture should be a bit lupmy and wait dough.
   Secondly,put mince meat and black pepper in another bowl and pour oil them mix with spoon.After that,roll the daugh and put mince meat into daugh.Heat the oven to 250°C about 10 minutes.Finaly you serve with sauce.
  We would lik to it because we like traditional food.Hinkal is similar to Turkish mantı so Turkish people want to eat hinkal.Luzuri Restaurant is famous for Hinkal.If you eat this dish at high class a restaurant it costs 40 lari but normally it costs 15 lari.We think you should eat hinkal.
